Within the objectives of the European Center for Middle East Studies, to consolidate partnership with prestigious scientific institutions and centers for cooperation in the academic, scientific, research, cultural, training and development fields. The European Center for Middle East Studies signed a memorandum of understanding with the Nawroz University in Duhok /Iraq, where Mr. Khairy Elias Ali Bozani / Advisor to the Center signed on behalf of the Center, and Dr. Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa, President of the University, signed on behalf of the Nawroz University. As this partnership will constitute an important step for joint activities between our center and the prestigious Nawroz University in Duhok / Iraq
